芽かぶとは、ワカメの根っこの部分で食物繊維を多く含みます。(原麺100gでレタス1個分)。 淡路島で大正2年創業の同社では、鳴門海峡名産の芽かぶを麺に煉りこみ,香料を使用せず、芽かぶの風味をひきだした芽かぶそーめんを日本全国にお届けしています。

Mekabu is the root-parts of wakame (seaweed), contains a lot of fibers; somen100g = one whole lettuce. Hirano Seimensho,established in Taisho 2 (1913) in Awaji Island, knead somen-dough with fresh mekabu, not using artificial flavor; they produce fresh mekabu somen and deliver it to all over Japan.
