日本海産の新鮮な小鯛を三枚におろし、うす塩して、当店独自の醸造酢にて軽く〆め、木樽に詰めました。そのまま、おさしみとして、また寿し飯との相性も抜群です。
尚、化学調味料などは一切使わず、昆布、かつお、しいたけの天然だしのうま味で仕上げております。

Small bream from the Sea of Japan, cut into three pieces, put thin salt, tightened
by store`s own vinegar and packed into wooden barrel ;
Eat as it is- as sashimi, or goes well with sushi-rice ;
No chemical seasonings ; Natural dashi-flavor (kelp, dried bonito shavings,shitake)
