These herbs are healthy and chemical-free ones that come from Aomori Prefecture in lat 40.
Aomori Pref. is just the same lat 40 of the Mediterranean coast !!
They have different weather, but have the same "Sunshine" which is ideal for cultivating herbs.
Onishi Herb Nouen, in Aomori Pref., collect each leaf of herbs from their garden (one by one)
with man`s hands.
These herbs are used by "Michelin Guide"-French Restaurant in Tokyo.
