ずんぐりとした太い麺に真っ黒で濃厚なタレをかけて食べます。この地で江戸時代から農民がうどんに地味噌でできたたまりをかけて食べているのを、伊勢神宮に参拝に来た人がそのおいしさに真似て食べ、普及しました。
創業58年の伝統の味です。

Very thick udon are served with thick black soy sauce in Ise; From Edo era, people who came to worship Ise Shrine, then followed the way ; farmers in Ise eat thick(but soft) udon with tamari soy sauce made from local miso. This is very traditional taste, since established( 58 years ago)
