芽かぶとは、ワカメの根っこの部分で食物繊維を多く含みます。(原麺100gでレタス1個分)。 淡路島で大正2年創業の同社では、鳴門海峡名産の芽かぶを麺に煉りこみ,香料を使用せず、芽かぶの風味をひきだした芽かぶうどんを日本全国にお届けしています。

Mekabu is the root-parts of wakame (seaweed); contains a lot of fibers ; udon100g = one whole lettece. Hirano Seimensho, established in Taisho 2(1913) in Awaji Island knead udon-dough with fresh mekabu, not using artificial flavor, they produce fresh mekabu udon and delivery it all over Japan.
